When you register for my newsletter, request a free giveaway, sign up for a free online workshop and / or training, make a purchase or request one of my products and / or services, you will be asked to fill in your personal details. I only process the data that you provide. This includes the following information:

Why do I collect personal data?
The information is collected and stored for the following purposes:
I use your first name and e-mail address for sending commercial newsletters and for retargeting Facebooks ads. I only do so with the information obtained via downloads of free documents and requests for free or paid workshops / training sessions, without using any of the information received via direct e-mail messages.
Your first name, last name and e-mail address, and optionally your telephone number, which you enter in a form for requesting free giveaways or free workshops / training sessions, are used to give you access to the free webinar or for shipping the free giveaway to you. I store these details in ActiveCampaign.

After you have registered for my newsletter, have requested a download, have signed up for a free online workshop and / or training sessions or have made a purchase and you wish to receive no further e-mails from me, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the e-mail or by contacting me. Your e-mail address will then immediately be removed from my system and will not be saved.
Your personal details are stored in my e-mail marketing system, which is powered by ActiveCampaign. The ActiveCampaign servers are located in the United States. Therefore, your personal details may be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The transfer of this data takes place within the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. Next to that, I share details, obtained via requests for free (or paid) workshops / training sessions or via visits to my website, with Facebook in order to create advertising target groups.

I use the data provided by you to make the order process as quick and smooth as possible. I will not sell and / or provide your data to third parties. Your details will only be provided to third parties if they are involved in the shipping process of your order.
When you buy something via the midlifehappinessmethod.com webshop, the transaction always takes place via the website of a so-called Payment Processor by means of a secure connection. Your payment information (IDeal) are not passed on to our servers and are therefore not saved by Funnel Club. The only details that I save are:
